You can simply go to Deliverr app -> Right hand side menu -> Select Recent Order and find status of your order on order card.
You can find your order under the "Your Recent Orders" screen. Note that you can make changes to your order before the Shopper starts shopping for you. And if the order status changes to in-progress, and you still want changes made then please contact your Shopper or support at +1(306)533-3333 at the earliest.
You can cancel your delivery for a full refund up until we start shopping for your order, about 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time. After that, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $5.

Refunds may typically take up to 5 business days to process. In some cases your bank may adjust the original charge amount instead of displaying a separate refund.

We do not currently support a return process for any items you may have been accidentally purchased via Deliverr. You are more than welcome to coordinate any issues directly with us.
