Deliverr is an online marketplace, offering everyday goods from local stores for on-demand delivery.

With your favorite stores and restaurants at your fingertips, we deliver liquor, food, flowers, diapers, supplements, Tylenol, etc. Deliverr satisfies your cravings and daily needs — more time and energy for yourself and those you love.

About Deliverr

1. How fast do you deliver?

Deliverr orders can be expected in as little as 45 minutes. Deliveries can be planned in advance to arrives as you do. You can plan a delivery as far as one week in advanced.

2. What is the Deliverr Pricing?

The delivery fee depends on the store and the delivery time that you choose. The fee for each delivery will be displayed when selecting a store and selecting delivery window during checkout, before you place your order.

3. What are Deliverr's hours?

Deliverr’s official operating hours for delivery is 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

4. What if I order produce?

All products come from stores closest to you. That means you enjoy your favourite products at stores you already shop at.

5. Where do products sold by Deliverr come from?

Products come from your local neighbourhood stores in your city/area, from stores you love.


Debit or Credit Visa and Mastercards and American Express cards are accepted at checkout.

Note: We hold estimated funds on your card when you place an order and charge final total with a difference on your card.

If price is more than estimated on non-partner store. You will see two transactions on bank statement, one showing hold amount charged to your card and the other transaction will be difference of actual charge and hold amount.

If Price is lower in non-partner stores, we will charge the final total to the card. You will be charged for your final order at the time of delivery.

1. I believe I have an unauthorized charge from Deliverr

If you believe you have an unauthorized charge from Deliverr you can submit a request to reverse the charge through contacting Deliverr support team via e-mail at or call us.

2. The credit or refund I received is incorrect

f you received an incorrect credit or refund for a specific order, feel free to contact us via e-mail support, live-chat or phone and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Inventory and Prices

1. What happens when something is out of stock?

When something in your order is currently out of stock we do our best to find an alternative product or substitute. We will always contact you to confirm that the alternative product is correct.

2. Are your prices different from the store?

Deliverr is not affiliated with or associated with any in store pricing policies, promotions or sales. The price you pay in the store is the price you pay with Deliverr.

3. Do you honor in-store sales or coupons?

Upon delivery you will receive the purchase receipt with a list of the prices for your products purchased. In-store sales and promotions are not guaranteed.

In the future Deliverr will have our own sales and promotions. Sign up for our email newsletter for updates on current Deliverr promotions.

About My Order

1. Where is my order?

After you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email and a order confirmation notification. Within the email and notification you will be given a link to our recent order page. You can track your order or contact us by phone or live chat.

2. How do I make a change to my order?

If the store / restaurant has not yet processed your order, you can make adjustments by chatting with a support agent. Live agent chat is available on the Deliverr website or the mobile app:

For website users:

  • Select "Help" from the menu in the bottom right-hand corner of the website
  • In the Order Help section, start a chat with your order #
  • Press "Chat with Support" to be connected to an agent

For mobile app users:

  • Press the orange message icon at the top right corner of the screen or go to the Orders tab and select your current order
  • Press "Help", start chat or call.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your delivery for a full refund up until we start shopping for your order, about 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time. After that, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10.

4. What if I have to reschedule or cancel my order after it's already on the way?

If you must cancel your order during the shopping or delivery process, or if you are unreachable at the time of delivery, we may cancel your order on your behalf and charge the delivery fees.

5. How do I report a problem with my order?

If you have a problem with your order, please tell us right away. You can call us at 306-533-3333, email us at,or live chat via our website and one of our customer support representatives will look after your concerns immediately!

6. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds may typically take up to 5 business days to process. In some cases your bank may adjust the original charge amount instead of displaying a separate refund.

7. How do I review my receipt?

Going into your device -> Deliverr app -> recent order -> Select Order you want to see receipt.

8. How do I return my Deliverr bags?

They are yours!

9. How do I return items?

Deliverr Shoppers

1. Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by a screened and professionally trained Deliverr Shopper.

2. Should I tip my Personal Shopper?

Tips are not required, but Shoppers appreciate recognition of their hard work. Shoppers receive the entire amount of your tip. You can tip using your credit/debit card after delivery.

3. How do I add a tip for my shopper?

There are two ways to tip your Deliverr shopper:

1. During payment of your order at the door. You can add the tip to your order total in the debit machine.

2. In cash when your order is delivered. Since 100% of the tips go to your Deliverr shopper, feel free to tip them in cash when they drop off your order.
